Local learning and benchmark capture are visible, optional and deletable. Ordinary dictation has no upload path.
Beers is open source under Apache-2.0 — every line of the app and the leaderboard server is in the repository, so you can read exactly what it does before you run it. Fork it, change it, ship it: the licence asks only that you keep the notices.
